Join us at IVBM 2022

Consider participating in the 22^nd International Vascular Biology Meeting (IVBM2022) to be held October 13 to 17, 2022 in the San Francisco Bay Area at the Oakland Marriott City Center.  Since 1980 this meeting has been held every two years, alternating between Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America.  We expect 1,000 participants at IVBM2022.

Active participation amongst scientists in a myriad of disciplines all related to vascular biology enhances the experience for all.  Your members can benefit greatly from your society’s active role in this meeting.  A contribution at any level promotes your society and enables your members to save money on their attendance.

All societies participating at any of the levels listed below will receive visibility on the meeting web site, meeting program and other promotional materials.  Members of participating societies will be able to register at the early-bird member rate.  In addition, you can specify additional topics for abstract submissions and hold a poster session within the regularly scheduled poster sessions.

Guest Societies will contribute $2,500US and receive all the benefits listed above plus co-sponsorship of two sessions in the thematic program which includes naming a co-chair and reviewing and selecting abstracts for those sessions.

Sponsoring Societies (contribution of $5,000US) will be given a 1.5-hour time slot for programming a session, the registration fee of up to two invited speakers will be waived and up to three hotel nights will be covered in addition to the opportunities given to Guest Societies.

Partnering Societies, those which contribute $10,000US, will receive all the benefits of a Sponsoring Society, but will be given three hours for programming, can co-sponsor up to four thematic sessions and up to four invited speakers will have their registration waived and hotel covered for up to three nights.

An organization that contributes $20,000US or more, will be named as a Co-Sponsor and its logo will be displayed prominently on the web site, on slides and signage at the meeting and on the front cover of the promotional booklet alongside the NAVBO logo.

Co-sponsors will be given six hours for programming and up to eight invited speakers will have their registration fee waived and up to three nights of their stay covered.  Co-sponsors can also select up to eight sessions within the IVBM thematic program to co-sponsor.

NAVBO will provide all promotional materials.  All participating societies are expected to:

• provide a list of members for the mailing of brochures and other promotional materials
• forward promotional emails to all members of their society
• promote the IVBM2022 in their newsletter and if applicable, their journal.
• promote the IVBM2022 on their web site
